Local Contract Nurse RN - Acute Care - $61-68 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Acute Care Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Worcester, MA. Job Function: Day Shift. 5x8. Document all patient care accurately, completely, and promptly in the facility EMR. Prepare the operating room for procedures and assist with room turnover. Assist with patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Handle and label specimens according to policy. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection‑control standards. Identify and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow. Job Requirements: BSN required. BLS & ACLS- AHA. 2 years OR RN experience preferred. Trauma Level I experience required. Trauma Level II experience preferred. Traveler MUST have scrub experience.
