Continuous Improvement ManagerMinimum 5 Years experience in Continuous ImprovementVenteon is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in West Point, GA. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in CI & Lean in an automotive environment. Requirements of the CI ManagerBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.5+ years in a CI or Quality role; 2+ years in a supervisory position Experience driving change and leading CI Projects Leadership skills and experience Statistical knowledge and experience applying a statistical approach to problem solving and process improvement Green Belt certification or higher Responsibilities of the CI ManagerIdentify gaps in Best Practices and work at all levels of the organization to establish a strategy and plan to improve them Assess current state of the plant’s operations, develop an ideal future state and develop, drive and monitor the improvement plan Establish CI Profit Plan and forecast goals Develop and train internal CI resources including Black Belts and Lean implementers Develop a CI roadman throughout the plant, identifying low hanging fruit to long term projects
