Salary Range: Annual$ 60,000 based on related direct experience. Job Responsibilities Either Japanese or Korean speaking are desirable. Develop documentation to support Business team's proposals and presentations. Analyze market and regulatory trends to aid decision makers in identifying the most value-adding revenue strategy for the company’s projects. Work with the R&D, Engineering, and finance teams to produce documents in order to support proposals and presentations. Provide accurate analyses to assist with agreements and other commercial transactions. Develop appropriate data, market intelligence, and analysis to advise business development team. Create presentations for potential customers. Work internally to analyze transmission/market design effects on proposed projects. Additional duties as required. Own programs to complete development; schedule, requirements, and reporting tools for visibility on progress, critical path, risks, and opportunities. Consolidate inputs from across teams to executive reviews and highlight risks, opportunities, successes, and areas of improvement. Research problem statements/processes, identify constraints and root cause, partner with business stakeholders to scope improvements, drive solutions to completion, and verify impact of improvements. Implement systems, processes, configurations and change projects in accordance with plans. Participate in project definition, scoping, and option analysis activities. Effectively and succinctly communicate program progress and status in diverse forums, with focus on developing technical and business skills through clear establishment of plans, goals, and deliverables. Required Qualifications BS in material science, chemical engineering, or chemistry is a MUST. Minimum 5 years of Battery related industry experience is a MUST. Technical writing (Grant proposal experience) skillset is a MUST. 5+ years of experience in project/program management related to project and/or product development. Demonstrated communications, leadership, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Ability to write, speak and present effectively will all levels of the organization. Exceptional project and system management skills, with passion and high energy involvement along with posing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes. Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously and achieve success in situations with high degree of variation and complexity. Experience across all stages for product development. Preferred Qualifications MS in either MBA or STEM majors with 3+ years of relevant work experience B.S. with 5+ years of relevant work experience Experience with batteries containing lithium metal anodes and lithium batteries. Experience as a battery maker and a battery customer. Experience doing for government projects. Willingness to go into the laboratory to understand the cell making process.
