Project Director / Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction ( Mechanical )📍 St. Louis, Missouri | On-Site Leadership RoleBuild and Lead One of the Region’s Most Significant Data Center Projects ( No Data center experience needed )We are seeking a high-impact Project Director or Senior Project Manager ready to take the step up to take ownership of a major hyperscale data center mechanical construction program in the St. Louis area.This is a true leadership role — managing a 12-person project team, driving execution strategy, and serving as the primary client interface on a multi-billion-dollar program.The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels while maintaining close alignment with project execution.What You’ll DoLead and mentor a 12-person project management and engineering teamOwn major portions of the data center mechanical construction scope ( No Experience needed )Carry P&L accountability for assigned project segmentsAct as the primary client relationship leaderDrive preconstruction planning and project setupOversee project execution from early planning through closeoutProtect schedule, cost performance, safety, and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of mechanical construction experience3+ years operating at Senior Project Manager level or higherExperience managing large mechanical scopes ($75M+ preferred)Deep knowledge of process piping and complex mechanical systemsMission-critical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or heavy industrial experience is highly valuedDemonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through completionWork Schedule & Compensation HighlightsOn-site role in St. Louis, MissouriUp to 20 hours of paid overtime per weekWeekly per diem supportRelocation assistance availableWhy This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to lead a high-visibility data center construction program within a long-standing organization known for stability, craftsmanship, and career longevity.If you are a construction leader ready to operate at the Project Director level on a major mission-critical project, this is a chance to make a significant impact.
