Job Description:
As a Photomask Specialist at Microchip, you will have a critical role in moving product through our manufacturing lab. This includes moving reticles through different production operations.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working in a Cleanroom Environment (Bunny suit Attire)
Operating various tools used for cleaning reticles
Handling chemicals
Setting up equipment that is used for defect inspection
Acquire the ability to use a microscope
Requirements/Qualifications:
Ability to work a 12 hour day shift. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal direction
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
Excellent listening skills
Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
Regular and predictable attendance is essential
Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
This job does not require any previous experience. Hands-on training will be provided by experienced personnel.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17-$27 Per hour.*
*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
