Job DescriptionAKHIRE is recruiting for the following position:Position Title: Retail Customer Service AssociateLocation: Anchorage, AK Pay: Starting at $16.00 Per HourSchedule: Scheduled vary depending on availability between the hours of 7:45 AM and 9:15 PM Monday - SunTerm: This is a temp to become permanent positionNumber of Hours Full time Summary - Retail Customer Service AssociateThis position supports front-end operations, processing, and donation receiving, ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.Job Duties - Retail Customer Service AssociateProvide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customersOperate cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and complete daily register reports as required.Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floorReceive, sort, and price donated goodsEnsure sales floor, fitting rooms, donation and production areas, and restrooms are clean, safe, and efficient.Qualifications - Retail Customer Service AssociateMust be able to pass background check and drug screen that test for marijuanaMust be 18 years of age or olderRegularly lift 10-35 poundsMust be available during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.IND123Requirements
