Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), in Las Vegas, NV, is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience as a Technology Program Manager
· Documented experience working on gaming systems in Las Vegas, NV.
o Preference for experience with IGT and Everi product suites
· Experience with Microsoft product suite, preferably Microsoft Project and Visio
o Experience with Atlassian suite or ServiceNow PPM is a plus
· Project management or agile certifications are a plus
· Ability to speak technically regarding infrastructure
· Ability to communicate effectively with sr leadership
· Ability to communicate project risk, escalations, and roadblocks impacting project
· Managed multiple projects and coordinates efforts to accomplish overarching program objectives.
· Developed and executed schedules, tracking progress from start to finish.
· Establishes and communicates the program's roadmap, status updates, development challenges, and success criteria.
· Identifies and monitors potential risks.
· Actively seeks ways to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and timeline adherence.
· Ability to create and manage budgets.
· Promotes communication and collaboration across projects.
· Experience warranting stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
· Stays informed about trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may affect individual projects or the overall program.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
