Your key responsibilities will include:Identifying Opportunities: Researching and connecting with startups and companies in San Francisco that need senior consultants for their projects.Talent Matching: Assessing the specific needs of these companies and matching them with the right senior consultants from your network.Placement Facilitation: Ensuring a successful fit between the consultant and the company, overseeing the placement process.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and consultants, serving as a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs.Performance-Based Earnings: Earning 20% of the fee from each successful placement you facilitate.This part-time role offers the flexibility to work closely with innovative companies in San Francisco, helping them secure top talent for their projects.
