You’ll primarily support members withweight management goals , while also addressingdiabetes, metabolic health, and other chronic conditions .This is aremote 1099 contractor rolewith the ability to workpart-time or near full-time hours .Schedule & Flexibility Minimum:16 hours/week Up to:40 hours/week Set your own schedule(Monday–Sunday, 7 AM – 10 PM in your time zone)Compensation & Perks Base Rate:$34–$40/hour (based on location, licenses, experience) You’re paid for more than just visits: Patient visits(30 or 60 minutes) No-shows / late cancellations(paid at 50%) Admin tasks(5 min per task) Weekly admin time:up to 3 hours/week based on visit volume Team meetings(fully paid) Training:14 hours paid upon completionWhat You’ll Do Conduct30- and 60-minute 1:1 telehealth sessions Deliverevidence-based nutrition counselingusing ADIME/SOAP Review patient history and tailor care plans Support weight management + related conditions Provide clear, actionable post-visit summaries Schedule follow-ups and maintain continuity of care Complete accurate charting and billing Collaborate with your care team via SlackOnboarding & Training Paid onboarding (14 hours)+ ongoing support Start training while credentialing is in progress Credentialing timeline:~6–8 weeks (some faster) Opportunity to begin with limited visits prior to full credentialing✅ What You Bring RD/RDN credential (CDR) Active state license(s) (multi-state preferred) NPI (or willingness to obtain) Comfort working in a fully remote environment Strong communication and patient engagement skillsTechnical Requirements Computer with16GB RAM Mac OS 14/15+ or Windows 11+✨ The Bottom Line This is a rare opportunity tofocus on patient care — not patient acquisition — while enjoying flexibility, support, and consistent income.
