You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions to our clients.Your ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the collection and analysis of data to support project developmentPerform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasksAssist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documentsUse CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawingsReview project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standardsHelp schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelinesCollaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviewsMaintain organized project files and design documentationCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical fieldExperience working in AutoCAD or MicroStationEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferredInternship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environmentBenefits SummaryAt OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
