Job Title:Manufacturing Operator, Sun-Tues every other Wed, 6 pm to 6:30 amJob Description:The Role:The Manufacturing operator positionis responsible foroperatingand maintaining UPE Membrane equipment and operation of machines through various tasks such as Extrusion, Extraction, Annealing, Surface Modification, inspecting, trimming, and packaging membrane products.Completes other duties as assigned.WhatYou'llDo:Verifies product visually and takes corrective action when necessary.Ensures product is consistent with established specifications.Escalates quality issues as appropriate.Ensureshighestpossible productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality system,ISOand/or other standards.Performvarious operations on the product linein accordance withthe work orders and process record instructions.Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughlyand intimely(i.e.Production Reports, Labels,ComponentSheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.). Completes hour by hour sheets on manufacturing processes as required.Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, costeffectivenessand product/system quality.What We Seek:High school diploma or equivalent. 1-year manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder up to 4 ft, and be able to walk and stand during the entire shift.Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools.Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist,bendand reach upward and handle all materialsrequiredin manufacturing, etc.Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to work indifferentenvironmentsOutstanding Candidates Will Have:Self-startercapableof dealing with a variety of tasks in afast paced, multi-tasking environment.Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.Idealcandidate will havekeeneye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, andpossessa positive attitude.Previousexperience working in a manufacturing environment.Problem Solving - Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providingopportunitytoour employees andpromotefrom within.
