6:00am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-11:00pm ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Roll start-up board from exit of the laminator and cutting board at the beginning of each run.Apply Hot Melt Glue to Risers and place under unitsCut Down Scrap Foam boards into risersFabricate Offline ProductsApply Labels to Products/Units.Operate Film HooderPerform routine cleanup in the production area including dust bricks. Keep area neat, clean and organized.Rotate Tapered Products when necessaryPerform product cut downs using the panel saw.Assemble standard and vented nail base products including packaging and label requirements.Dump the trash in the hoppers when full and at the end of the production day. [Requires Forktruck Certification]Assist Packer Q2 with stacking and packing responsibilities. [Requires Forktruck Certification]Remove units from process line when necessary.
