From high-energy birthday parties to luxury corporate buyouts, we deliver next-level experiences—and we’re looking for a top-tier sales performer to help drive that growth.We are seeking a highly driven Party Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and knows how to find leads, close deals, and execute exceptional events—on repeat.This is a sales-first role with strong ownership over the client journey—from prospecting to closing to execution.What You’ll DoProactively source, qualify, and close event leads across birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, bachelorettes, graduations, and moreOwn the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-up, tour, proposal, and closeConduct high-energy, persuasive conversations that convert inquiries into booked eventsBuild and maintain relationships with local networks, decision-makers, and corporate clientsUpsell and maximize event value through premium add-ons and experiencesInput and manage all event details in our event management system, TripleseatCollaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless executionOversee and host events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finishManage multiple events simultaneously (up to 8 at a time) while maintaining quality and attention to detailWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales closer with a track record of generating and converting leadsStrong local network in the Denver area (corporate, social, or hospitality connections preferred)Confident communicator who can lead conversations, create urgency, and close dealsHighly organized and able to manage multiple high-value events at onceExperience with Tripleseat or similar CRM is strongly preferredThrives in high-energy, fast-paced environmentsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenPhysical & Schedule RequirementsAbility to be on your feet for extended periods (walking, lifting, moving quickly throughout the venue)Weekend-heavy schedule:Saturdays: 12–14 hoursSundays: 10–12 hoursAvailability for weekday events (primarily Thursday/Friday evenings, with flexibility as needed)Minimum 50 hours per weekCompensationBase Salary: $60,000Commission: 5%-10% on all salesTypical event sales range: $500 – $100,000+Strong performers have significant earning potential based on sales volume and upselling abilityBenefitsHealth, dental, and paid time offEmployee discountsFlexible schedulingOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding, high-energy brandWork EnvironmentBounce Empire is a one-of-a-kind entertainment destination featuring over 50 inflatables, a live performance stage, elevated dining concepts, an adult lounge, and immersive event spaces.
