THAT is Link Snacks.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Formulation Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Weston, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performanceFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materialsMeasure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standardsPerform routine equipment maintenance and cleaningRecord production data and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesIdentify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctionsAdhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Assist in inventory management and material handling as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing or production preferredKnowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipmentUnderstanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculationsPhysical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferredWillingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsAdditional InformationThe pay range for this role is $18 - $20.75 (Hourly). Actual wage will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link's Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
