As a Business Analyst, you will support both problem-solving and execution - from analyzing data and structuring problems to helping implement solutions on-site. You'll work directly with client teams across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally), gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and real business challenges from day one.What You Will Do:Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and root causesStructure problems and support the development of actionable solutionsSupport on-site implementation of initiatives and track measurable resultsBuild clear, executive-ready materials and dashboardsWork closely with consultants, team leaders, and client stakeholdersContribute to project execution with a strong focus on quality and impactRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Industrial Engineering preferred)0-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, or related fieldsExposure to manufacturing, industrial environments, or supply chain operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusBasic knowledge of data analysis, financials, and business operationsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)What Sets You Apart:Builder mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityEntrepreneurial and proactive attitudeComfortable operating in both analysis and executionThrives in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learnWork Model & Travel: Frequent travel (typically Monday-Friday) is required.
