Community Engagement & Events Assistant - Senior Living (Full Time)

Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace Senior Living communities are seeking two full-time Community Engagement & Events Assistants one position at each community.If you enjoy planning events, leading group activities, and building meaningful relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a daily impact in the lives of seniors.Applicants may indicate their preferred location during the interview process. Each position is assigned to a specific community and does not rotate between buildings.What You'll DoHelp plan and lead group activities and themed eventsEngage residents one-on-oneSupport holiday celebrations and special programsAssist with activity setup and event preparationEncourage participation and create an inclusive atmosphereDocument participation as requiredThis is an active role that requires frequent interaction, time on your feet, and occasional evening or weekend programming.Who This Role Is Great ForFormer teachers or teaching assistantsEvent planners or hospitality professionalsRecreation or ministry staffCollege students in psychology, social work, recreation, or communicationsIndividuals who genuinely enjoy working with seniorsPrior senior living experience is helpful but not required.
