Administrative Assistant Department: Teaching & LearningReports to: Director of Career, Professional Learning and Technical EducationPlacement: Classified Non-exempt Salary ScheduleFull time: 1.0 FTE 40 hours per weekPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Career, College, and Professional Learning. Responsibilities include fiscal compliance, data management and reporting, grant support, program coordination, and audit preparation across Career and Technical Education (CTE), Professional Development (PD), College and Career Readiness (CCR), and Educator Preparation program (EP) initiatives.
