Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.Employees | Value | Execution | RelationshipsJob SummaryThe Estimator position is responsible for providing technical estimation of electrical projects from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer.Minimum QualificationsA working knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a level normally acquired through completion of an electrical training program, two-year technical or business degree or related field; and2-5 years' experience as an electrical estimator.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESExcellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrated conceptual estimates and financial analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESQuantity takeoffQuantity takeoff entry into estimating softwareSolicitation and review vendor and subcontractor quotationsReview current material pricing levelsReview and estimate addenda as requiredVisit site and/or attend site walk meetingReview bid/construction scheduleDraft and submit proposal documentsFollow post bid closeout proceduresAttend weekly estimating team meetingsPerforms other tasks and special projects as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSOffering $95,000 - $145,000Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution.
