Job Description:The Client Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both internal and external clients by managing a high-volume email inboxEnsure timely acknowledgment of incoming messages and tracking follow-up actions and deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for confirming receipt of emails in a high-volume inbox supporting both internal and external clientsProvide timely updates to internal and external clients regarding progress toward issue resolutionSupport special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomesMonitor and create operational reports to ensure process accuracy and flag discrepanciesCreate and maintain client-facing training materials and reference documentation.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience working with Salesforce and/or EMR's preferred1+ years of client services skills requiredBusiness Analyst and/or Project Management experience preferredHighly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelAccurate keyboard skillsDemonstrated ability to present and communicate ideas clearly via emailExcellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities.Benefits:We seek to create an environment that cultivates your professional development and personal growthWe build long-term careers by investing in YOU.Strong communication skills are required as interactions with clients are done via phone/web meetings and emails.
