Distribution Center Manager – Warehouse Operations / Inventory Control / WMS / ERPLocation: Concord, NCPay: $90,000–$100,000Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Monday–FridayOur client is a growing multi-site distribution organization that supports multiple business units across a large regional network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company focused on efficiency, accountability, and long-term scalability.They are looking for you, an experienced Distribution Center Manager, to lead daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced regional distribution environment. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving efficiencies, developing teams, improving processes, and creating operational structure on the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading from the floor rather than behind a desk.What You Get To Do Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and quality Drive operational efficiencies, labor optimization, and workflow improvements Manage and develop warehouse personnel and team leads Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, productivity, fulfillment, and labor performance Create accountability and structure within the operation Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and supply chain teams Support a safe, organized, and customer-focused warehouse environment Utilize WMS and ERP systems to monitor operational performance and inventory integrityWhat You Need To Succeed 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing leadership experience Experience managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and operational processes Experience utilizing WMS and ERP systems Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and employee development skills Ability to drive accountability, improve processes, and lead operational change Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environments preferredWhat’s In It For You Competitive compensation package with bonus potential Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Opportunity to join a growing organization investing heavily in operational improvements and technology High visibility leadership opportunity with long-term growth potential Stable Monday–Friday schedule with no regular weekend operations Strong leadership team focused on employee development and operational excellenceApply now!
