Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, PCO Foods continually evolves to meet the changing needs of consumers and clients alike.Core Responsibilities· Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups · Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services · Build and maintain strong customer relationships · Conduct product presentations and virtual sales meetings · Manage sales opportunities and customer interactions using CRM software · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets · Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads · Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation · Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support revenue growth · Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates · Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends Daily Tasks· Making outbound sales calls and sending marketing emails · Responding to inbound inquiries · Scheduling discovery meetings with prospective clients · Updating CRM records · Preparing quotes or proposals · Tracking performance metrics Qualifications· Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Previous sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred · Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment · Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot · Excellent organizational and time-management abilities · Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skillsThis position provides an excellent platform for individuals interested in developing their sales expertise within a supportive environment.
