Senior Memory Systems Engineer
Owning HBM and LPDDR integration in sophisticated SoCs, the full-time Senior Memory Systems Engineer will drive system integration, bringup, and characterization while resolving complex memory challenges across silicon, package, embedded software, and testing in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Drive HBM and LPDDR system integration, bringup, characterization, and debug for next-generation SoCs
Own memory performance, power management, thermal, and reliability closure across silicon, package, board, and firmware
Lead post-silicon margining, VF shmoo, and correlation work to build characterization foundations for product decisions
Required qualifications
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
12+ years in HBM, LPDDR, or high-speed memory systems with hands-on experience in silicon bringup and characterization
Deep understanding of SI/PI, timing, margining, and memory training behavior
Experience with HBM PHY and controller architecture
Ability to work cross-functionally across design, package, firmware, validation, and product teams
