Operating Room Nurse-Facial Plastic Surgery

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our well-established, referral-based facial plastic surgery practice in Wilton, CT. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end aesthetic and surgical environment alongside an experienced, collaborative team.This role offers a balanced mix of operating room and clinic responsibilities, with an emphasis on patient experience, safety, and excellence in care.Responsibilities:Circulate in the operating room for facial rejuvenation surgeryPrepare and turnover the OR efficiently and safelyProvide pre- and post-operative patient carePerform suture removal and support clinic flowCollaborate closely with surgeon, anesthesia team, and staffEnsure compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:Active RN licensePrior surgical or procedural experience preferred (OR, endoscopy, or similar)Strong attention to detail and patient-centered mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced yet highly organized environmentTeam player with a positive, professional demeanor who enjoys collaboration and supporting othersA motivated individual who is excited to grow with us long-termSchedule:Full-time (40 hours/week)Monday-Friday, rotating shifts, no evenings, no overnightsBenefits:$50-$70/hour (based on experience)Additional benefits to be discussed during interview processPaid time offCME allowance + paid CME timeLicense reimbursementSupportive, team-oriented environmentWe are looking for someone who values quality over volume, takes pride in patient care, and thrives in a collaborative, boutique-style surgical practice.
