In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations within outpatient and inpatient settings. Your expertise in various medical disciplines, including dermatology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and hospital medicine, will help deliver exceptional patient experiences. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to excellence.DutiesHelp train and manage staff of 12 MAs with all company procedures and the latest anti-aging protocols (yes, we have to train you first!).Assist with patient intake procedures by collecting medical histories, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems).Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.Support physicians during procedures by handing instruments, managing supplies, and assisting with diagnostic imaging as needed.Administer medications or injections under physician supervision while adhering to safety protocols and medication administration guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and physiology or anatomy-related notes for billing and medical records.RequirementsKnowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding, and medication administration practices.Hands-on experience with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions.Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately .Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
