Janitor/Cleaner

Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility Use specialized equipment for floor care such as buffing machines and floor polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance Conduct industrial cleaning procedures for large-scale areas or equipment as needed Perform custodial duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining common areas Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups to uphold the facility’s appearance Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment like buffers, vacuums, and floor polishers effectively Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and sanitation standards Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us in creating a clean, safe environment where every detail matters!
