Concrete Wall Foreman

Based in Fargo, ND, we’ve served the eastern part of the state for the past 22 years. SKS specializes in residential and commercial concrete construction, operating with a crew of 20-30 concrete laborers and finishers. We offer weekly payroll, and benefits include paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities: Lead a crew in all tasks to prepare, execute, and finish projects Verify work meets the project scope for layout, openings, and elevation Communicate daily on schedule and manpower Manage material orders and deliveries Take pride in the appearance of jobsite, crews, and equipment Effectively assess and implement safety policies Solve disputes between employees in the field Train new employees on site Requirements: 5+ years of experience in concrete construction Proven experience in forming and pouring foundations Experience leading a crew Skilled at reading plans to determine correct specifications Self-starter with ability to plan and organize Ability to communicate with professionalism and lead by example Able to operate equipment such as skid steer loaders Valid driver’s license Authorized to work in the U.S. www.sksconcrete.com Call Travis at 701-219-0812 to apply.
