Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Network Architect to support Banner Life in designing and implementing network solutions for colocation and future Urbana Data Center initiatives.This is a consulting role focused on architecture| solutioning| and migration support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect network solutions across colo and multi-site environmentsLead colo migration activities| including DIA/Fiber connectivity across sitesDevelop high-level and low-level network designsImplement high-speed LAN (25G/100G) and WAN (10G+) connectivityEnsure network performance| scalability| and securitySupport integration with storage| virtualization| and telephony systemsRequired Skills & TechnologiesCisco Nexus 9000 switches and enterprise routingPalo Alto Firewalls (PA-3440 & 1420)SD-WAN| VLANs| network segmentationDIA/Fiber connectivity across multiple data centersExperience WithPure Storage replicationVMware vMotionAvaya / MS Teams telephonyServer platforms (Dell PowerEdge| Cisco UCS preferred)Experience & Qualifications10+ years in network engineering/architecture.Proven colocation (colo) migration experienceStrong hands-on expertise in multi-site network designCertificationsCisco CCIE (preferred/strongly desired)Palo Alto certification (PCNSE or equivalent) Top 3 Required Skills: Cisco Nexus 9000 switching & enterprise network routing Palo Alto Firewall expertise (PA 3440 & 1420) SD WAN, VLANs, and network segmentation across multi-site/data center environments Top 3 Preferred Skills: Experience with storage & virtualization integration (Pure Storage, VMware vMotion) Telephony systems exposure (Avaya / MS Teams) Server platform experience (Dell PowerEdge, Cisco UCS) Education Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science Years of Experience: 10+ years in network engineering / architecture Proven experience in colocation migration and multi-site network design
