You are responsible for providing the highest quality of Occupational therapy, to meet the needs of our residents and achieve resident outcomes. You are conscientious and organized about keeping quality documentation and all records up to date. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members.
