Req179689Position PurposeThe AI Transformation Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the operationalization, governance, and value realization of AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and business strategy, ensuring that AI tools are adopted effectively, managed efficiently, and drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with analytics, project management, platform governance, and cross-functional leadership, acting as the key orchestrator for our AI ecosystem. Platform License ManagementVendor & License Management: Centralize the administration and lifecycle management of AI platform licenses (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude).Consumption Analytics: Conduct continuous usage and telemetry analysis to identify underutilized licenses and optimize overall API/compute cost consumption.Governance & RBAC: Design, implement, and audit robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks. Ensure access aligns with enterprise data security and compliance policies.User Success & Intake: Serve as the primary triage point for user requests, access provisioning, and operational inquiries. Strategic Value RealizationBenefits Tracking Framework: Develop and manage a rigorous value-tracking framework for top AI initiatives. Measure holistic business impacts: margin enhancement, revenue acceleration, and tangible productivity gainsCost and ROI Benchmarking: Partner with business unit leaders to benchmark AI deployment compute against the benefits to track ROIExecutive Reporting: Translate technical and operational AI metrics into business-centric dashboards for executive leadership, ensuring continuous visibility into the AI portfolio's health. Project ManagementCross-Functional Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between IT, Data Engineering, Legal, and core business units to ensure alignment across initiatives and enablement.Governance: Drive the organization and project plan for the working governance committees to ensure execution.Direct Manager/Direct ReportsTypically reports to a Sr Manager or Director.Travel RequirementsTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical RequirementsMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working ConditionsLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas and/or must regularly deal with difficult situationsMinimum QualificationsMust be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Preferred QualificationsAnalytical mindset with the capability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and measure ROI for strategic initiatives while being able to also tell the story behind the numbers.
