We've built a reputation on reliability, customer service, and long-term relationships.Our Core Values:Integrity: Do the right thingAccountability: Do what you sayExcellence: Go above and beyondContinuous Improvement: Always be growingJob Summary:We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run our retail store, lead our inside sales team, and drive day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead Store Team & Daily ExecutionOversee daily store operations and sales floor activityCoach and develop inside sales and retail associatesRun department L10 meetings and drive accountability Assign and prioritize workflow (quotes, orders, follow-up)Ensure consistent phone coverage and fast response timesOwn Store Sales & Customer ExperienceAssist customers in-store and over the phoneCreate quotes and sales orders using DDI and AQFollow up with prospects, house accounts, and open opportunitiesOwn and drive store & inside sales performanceSupport POS transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experienceImprove conversion, average order value, and repeat businessManage Inventory & MerchandisingMaintain organized, functional equipment and supply displaysOversee store inventoryMaintain vendor tables and relationshipsEnsure store is clean, stocked, and customer-readyOwn merchandising, product placement, and inventory availability on the sales floorSupport Outside Sales Growth Identify opportunities within store accounts and connect them to outside salesCoordinate handoff and support continued account developmentStay Organized & Drive AccountabilityMonitor open orders, special orders, and service callsLog sales activity and maintain CRM updatesSupport sales forecasting and planningOversee house accounts and re-supply processesQualifications:Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindsetExperience in retail, inside sales, or showroom environmentsAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced settingStrong customer service and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and accountableExperience with ERP/CRM Schedule:Full-timeMonday–Friday with some flexibility based on store needs
