CNC Machinist
Candidates should have demonstrated ability to:
Preferably 2 years experience but not mandatory operating a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machine.5 & 6 axis tool & cutter grinders.
Associate will be responsible for the production, inspection, and processing of cutting tools throughout the manufacturing process. This position will work with advanced state-of-the-art Walter and Trutech machines to create high-quality, extremely precise, and technically advanced cutting tools.
Successful candidates will be able to:
Possess strong geometry knowledge and mathematical skills.
Work in a team environment with a commitment to quality and safety.
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Manufacture cutting tools to a high-quality finish according to blueprint specifications.
Perform quality inspection of tooling throughout the manufacturing process.
Have experience setting up and running CNC - 5-axis tools & cutter grinders.
Very Competitive Compensation negotiable and dependent on experience.
