Afterschool Care Bus Driver *Launchpad Learning Center | Garland, TX* Help us get kids home safely after school! Launchpad Learning Center is looking for a dependable, responsible *CDL Bus Driver* to help transport elementary-aged children from local schools to our afterschool program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a *short, consistent afternoon schedule* while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. *Schedule & Pay* *Monday–Friday* *2:30 PM–5:00 PM* *$50 per day* Approximately *12.5 hours per week* No weekends! Responsibilities * Safely transport children from local elementary schools to Launchpad * Follow designated bus routes and pickup schedules * Complete required vehicle and safety checks * Maintain a safe, calm, and positive environment while children are on the bus * Follow all Texas Child Care Licensing and transportation requirements * Communicate promptly with Launchpad leadership regarding delays, incidents, or concerns * Ensure children are safely accounted for during pickups and transportation * Keep the bus clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns We're Looking For Someone Who... * Has a valid *CDL* * Is dependable and consistently punctual * Has a clean and safe driving record * Enjoys working around children * Is patient, calm, and responsible * Communicates clearly with staff and school personnel * Can follow a set route and schedule * Takes safety seriously * Is comfortable working independently Why Drive for Launchpad?
