Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are actively searching for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician, with an active Journeyman's license in the Eldersburg MD area. This service technician will provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.Service Technician QualificationsValid Driver's License, clean driving record.Maryland State Journeyman License - active.EPA Universal Certification5 years field service workService Technician ResponsibiltiesArrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatchedRelocate from one jobsite to another jobsite as dispatched during the workday.Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsiteOperate company vehicle as neededFollow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in timely mannerReport problems with company tools or vehicle promptlyReport problems with equipment to Service Dispatcher to expedite parts deliveryCommunicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directedMaintain professional appearance and attitude at all timesComplete all service related forms properlyProvide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program informatioAcquire residential planned maintenance agreementsInform and educate customers on additional products or services available through companyInform customer of replacement options following company guidelinesOn call status for emergency service as requiredKnowledgeable on Service Titan field softwarePlease apply directly to this posting, or contact Mike Varlotta for immediate consideration at mvarlotta@csrecruiting.com.
