Site Support Specialist
About the CompanyAn expanding technology department is seeking an experienced IT Site Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for approximately 30 end users within the Columbia office and 10 in Charleston. This role supports a wide range of hardware, software, and networking needs and requires occasional travel to support regional offices.About the RoleYou will provide day-to-day on site technical support for attorneys and staff, while collaborating closely with regional and firmwide IT teams on technology initiatives, upgrades, and ongoing support efforts.ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, and support Windows OS and application softwareImage, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user profilesSupport hardware including printers, A/V equipment, wireless access points, and server room equipmentMaintain accurate equipment inventory for the supported officeTroubleshoot desktop and laptop network connectivity issuesConfigure and support mobile devicesProvide telephony support, including moves, adds, and changesDeliver exceptional customer service with full ticket ownership via an ITSM systemServe as the local technology liaison, proactively identifying and resolving issuesPartner with Service Desk, Endpoint Administration, Applications, and Infrastructure teamsSupport departmental and firmwide technology initiatives QualificationsFour-year technical degree4+ years of experience in an on-site technical support role (law firm experience strongly preferred) Required Skills4+ years of experience in an on-site technical support role Strong knowledge of Dell and Lenovo hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, DMS platforms, mobile devices, and enterprise networksExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skills Preferred SkillsMicrosoft Office and/or Azure certifications preferredHDI, ITIL Foundation, and CompTIA A+ certifications are a plusExperience supporting 30+ end usersSCCM and Mobile Device Management experience preferredDocument Management System experience a plus Pay range and compensation packageCompensation: $40,640 – $50,800 DOEEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
