We’re a team that values initiative, collaboration, and modern problem-solving — and we’re building a culture where enthusiastic, tech-savvy professionals can grow fast and make a real impact.If you’re energized by connecting with people, navigating details, and using technology to streamline the preconstruction process, this role is a strong fit.Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Construction Estimator who brings both technical skill and personality — someone early to mid-career who’s hungry to grow, confident communicating with clients and subcontractors, and comfortable using modern tools to build accurate, competitive estimates.You’ll play a key role in shaping project strategy, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring every project starts on the right foot.Key Responsibilities· Lead the preconstruction and estimating process from concept through final proposal· Build accurate estimates using Bluebeam, Excel, HeavyBid, and other digital tools· Review drawings, specs, and project documents to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities· Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors· Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and partners· Negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing with professionalism and relationship-building· Maintain cost-control accuracy and market-aware pricing throughout the preconstruction phase· Apply hands-on construction understanding to improve safety, sequencing, and planning· Prepare reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile· Early to mid-career professional with strong estimating or preconstruction experience· Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and optimizing workflows· Enthusiastic communicator who builds rapport easily· Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple bids· Confident presenting information to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams· Experience on construction sites is a plus· Degree in Construction Management or related field preferredQualifications· 5+ years of proven experience in construction estimating or preconstruction management· Intermediate proficiency with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, and related estimating tools· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills· Understanding of cost control, labor/material pricing, and market conditions· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy· Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyBenefits· Health, dental, and vision insurance· Paid time off· Supportive team environment, hands-on leadership, and a family-style culture· Clear opportunities for advancement as the company scalesWork EnvironmentThis is an in-person role; candidates must have reliable transportation to the job site and corporate office.Equal Opportunity EmployerBombshell Construction LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
