Medium is seeking an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage Azure SQL database environments and cloud infrastructure deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing performance, migrating client environments, and ensuring service delivery. This contractor position allows remote work, however, some travel to client sites may be required.
