Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters in a collaborative, professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in commercial and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, lease disputes, and property mattersDraft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaConduct legal research and develop case strategiesNegotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings and trialsAdvise clients on legal and business-related issuesCollaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive Ohio Bar admission and good standingMinimum 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business and/or real estate mattersStrong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment3-5 years of commercial litigation experienceExperience with breach of contract, business torts, construction, and real estate disputesBenefits401(k) with employer match and profit sharingHealth, dental, vision, PPO and HSA optionsPaid time off and holidaysLife, short-term, and long-term disability insuranceCLE and bar association dues covered
