Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You’ll Do Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments for new and existing clients Conduct home visits in response to changing care needs Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure personalized, high-quality service Maintain accurate and timely documentation Provide education and support to clients and caregivers as needed Required Qualifications A heart for seniors – you're not just a nurse, you're a compassionate advocate Active and unrestricted LPN/RN License (Massachusetts) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Flexibility and autonomy in your schedule; ability to respond to clients when needed Organized, dependable, and able to work independently At least 6 months of LPN/RN experience (home care or similar setting preferred) Geriatric experience is a plus, but not required Expected to travel up to 30 miles to service Cape needs Why You’ll Love It Here Flexible hours that fit your lifestyle Weekly pay – every Friday!
