Production Manager, Startup Line

This role is ideal for a mid‐ to senior‐level manufacturing professional seeking to join Align's Research and Development organization as a Production Manager. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross‐functional partners and high‐volume manufacturing sites, providing day‐to‐day leadership for Pilot line personnel and manufacturing operations while supporting the transfer of new technologies into full‐scale production. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing new devices from development to broad customer availability, directly supporting the company's revenue growth and future product development.Lead daily operations of the 3D printing production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules, overseeing facility staff, and ensuring all equipment and processes remain fully operational.Manage overall facility operations while ensuring quality management systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.Plan and prioritize production activities to meet organizational objectives and consistently achieve critical deadlines.Review, approve, and optimize manufacturing processes while driving the introduction and deployment of new production methods and technologies.Communicate machine status, production progress, and key operational updates to stakeholders on a daily basis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate them seamlessly into the production workflow.Thrive in a fast‐paced environment while meeting time‐sensitive operational objectives.Identify and resolve issues with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Communicate effectively while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.Maintain an organized, methodical, and structured approach to all aspects of production management.
