PHP Full Stack Developer

Job Opportunity: Sr Full Stack Developer Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania Hybrid Duration: Contract Key ResponsibilityTop 5:PHP React + TypeScript Building REST APIs Node.js and AI Forward DevelopmentBonus (working on a lot of AI projects): Drupal (building things outside of PHP into react) single sign on , Git + GitHub (Issues, workflows, code review) , AWS, HTML/CSS, Agile/Scrum, API gateways / nginx, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of web applications and RESTful APIs to support business initiatives and enterprise applications.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to define technical requirements, break down user stories, and support roadmap planning.Provide technical leadership across development teams, including onboarding new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve delivery efficiency.Partner with development teams to ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and architecture best practices.Support architectural enhancements, framework implementations, and modernization initiatives across web platforms.Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, assess system impacts, and recommend scalable long-term solutions.Assist with troubleshooting, code reviews, testing support, and technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.Research and recommend emerging technologies, software products, and development tools for integration into existing environments.Contribute to documentation standards and maintain accurate technical documentation within Confluence.Partner with architecture leadership to identify opportunities for generative AI in areas such as code automation, test automation, and project validation.Mentor junior developers and act as a subject matter expert across systems and applications.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in full stack web development and RESTful API development.Strong experience with:PHPReact & TypeScriptNode.jsAI-forward development practicesExperience leading software implementations and working across the full SDLC.Preferred programming skills including but not limited to a working knowledge of: React and related frameworks, Typescript and Javascript, HTML, CSS, Drupal or Wordpress, Selenium or similar test automation framework, ExpressJS, Node, nginx, and Python.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience writing user stories.Experience with architecture and design collaboration tools such as Miro or Visio.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
