(DOE).Overtime Available, Maximize your earnings.Shift Differentials for swing and night shifts.Contract-to-Hire & Direct Placement opportunities available.Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits.Work-Life Balance Flexible shifts to support your lifestyle.Job Responsibilities:Set-Up and Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce precision components.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Set-Up sheets.Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Maintain close tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards.Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and preventative maintenance.Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes.Solid understanding of machining principles and tooling.Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.Reliable work history with strong attention to detail.Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.G-code/M-code familiarity a plus, but not required.
