Lead Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
- Monitor children's progress and assess their learning outcomes
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Foster a love for learning through creative teaching methods, storytelling, music, arts, and crafts
- Encourage social interaction, cooperation, and respect among children
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education techniques for children with diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in promoting literacy skills through age-appropriate activities
- Experience in providing childcare or tutoring services for young children
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills when interacting with children
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children
- Understanding of early math concepts and ability to incorporate them into lessons
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CDA)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
