Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ) BC in Otolaryngology (Head & Neck Surg) BLS DEA (will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment) Available for any of the dates Understands & completes the EMR training requirements Clean record Local/drive-in (highly preferred)
