Swiss CNC MachinistThe Swiss CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.Shifts Available: 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm - 3:30 amSign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$10,000 dependent on level of experience!ResponsibilitiesSwiss CNC Machinist Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate Swiss CNC machinesPerform quality inspection on completed partsPerform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performanceComplete tool changesQualificationsSwiss CNC Machinist Position RequirementsOperator experience with Swiss CNC machinesStrong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mathUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a microscopeAbility to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometerSwiss CNC Machinist Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMachining experience with medical components, devices, or instrumentsPrevious experience with tight tolerancesProgramming experience with Swiss CNC MachinesExperience with set-up on Swiss CNC MachinesExperience in troubleshooting of Swiss CNC MachinesPay RangeUSD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr.Pay Range DetailsThis pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
