Regional Skilled Trades Recruiter We're looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support skilled trades hiring across a range of client environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands trade skills, enjoys relationship-driven recruiting, and takes pride in consistently delivering quality candidates. What You'll Do Partner directly with clients and business development teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source and recruit skilled trades talent across manufacturing and industrial roles Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess technical skills and job fit Build and maintain active talent pipelines using advanced sourcing and search techniques Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the submission process Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms Coordinate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment processes Attend local networking events, trade schools, and community or college events as needed Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through consistent follow-up What We're Looking For Ability to quickly understand client needs and translate them into recruiting action Strong interviewing and evaluation skills for skilled trades and technical roles Proven ability to communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and candidates High level of drive, persistence, and follow-through Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a hands-on approach to work What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing training and development Long-term stability with an established staffing organization With 70 years in the staffing industry, we focus on delivering reliable talent solutions and building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
