Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive high-end vehicle sales by engaging with customers, building relationships, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct B2B sales by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet managers for bulk vehicle purchases Demonstrate vehicles and present features confidently in person or via virtual platforms to highlight value propositions Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and support sales management activities Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize revenue Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of inventory management and inventory control processes Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Experience with CRM software and familiarity with marketing strategies to generate leads and support outbound sales efforts Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Knowledge of automotive industry standards, dealership operations, and retail math is preferred Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us at Serra Auto Park where your enthusiasm for cars meets your talent for sales!
