Pre-qualifications include:
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Excellent communication skills
Ability to drive a non-CDL truck with trailer
Willingness to learn, and train others as you grow
Safe driving record with ability to drive a company vehicle
Unrestricted lifting ability
Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl

What to expect
Training period that consists of being a basic helper on a lifting crew
Check-off for basic procedures such as pumping, driving, etc (includes pay increase)
Job locations vary. Common locations include houses, parks, schools, streets, shopping centers, warehouses, stores, factories, apartments, housing additions, marinas, etc.
Times per location vary between 1 hour to 2 weeks per location (approximate)
Vehicle and trailer driving course followed by check-off for driving (includes pay increase)
Technical operations training in slab-jacking, equipment operations & safety, grinding, mechanics, piering, etc. (each service includes designated pay increase)
Crews typically consist of 1-3 team members
