THE COMPANYRaydar is exclusively representing an early stage, rapidly scaling LegalTech org.Our client is confidentially seeking a strong litigator to help build and prosecute high-impact claims at the intersection of law, AI, and large-scale litigation.If you’re a litigator who wants to do more than plug into a traditional model, and you’re excited by the chance to help build a new category of tech-enabled legal practice, this is the role for you.*Title open to flexibility depending on years of experienceQUALIFICATIONSJD from an ABA-accredited law school3+ years of substantive litigation experienceExperience with class actions, consumer protection, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferredA builder mentality; someone who would rather help build the plane than wait for it to landExcited to work closely with attorneys, engineers, and cross-functional partnersAbility to own matters end-to-end, including strategy, drafting, discovery, motion practice, argument, and settlementStrong written and oral advocacy skills, with exacting standards for quality and precisionGenuine intellectual curiosity about what AI can make possible in legal practice; technical background is not required, but a desire to learn is essentialComfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment
