This is a hands-on role where you will build, wire, and troubleshoot large electrical panels for custom-built machinery. Youll work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure quality and compliance with safety and electrical standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform wiring and assembly of industrial control panels from schematics and blueprintsRoute, bundle, and terminate wires neatly and efficientlyWire and install electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, switches, PLCs, and motor startersConduct continuity checks and basic testing to ensure proper functionalityAssist with panel layout and troubleshooting electrical issues as neededWork with 3-phase power systems and understand relevant electrical codes and safety practicesMaintain a clean and organized work area and follow company safety protocolsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred2+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or panel wiringStrong understanding of 3-phase electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsPreferred Skills:Experience with large, complex panel buildsFamiliarity with PLC wiring and automation equipmentRequired Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status: currently authorized to work in the United StatesMust-Haves:High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or panel wiringStrong understanding of 3-phase electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
