Job Title : Lead Salesforce Developer (FSC)
Job Location: Bloomington IL USA
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in CRM Financial Services , Cloud Sales Service
They should also have knowledge of Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud and Data Cloud too
This role involves designing and implementing complex solutions leading technical discussions and mentoring junior developers
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced custom applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components LWC
Implement complex triggers batch classes and integration solutions using RESTSOAP APIs
Configure Salesforce features profiles roles workflows approval processes reports and dashboards
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Architect and configure Experience Cloud sites with custom branding and components
Build Lightning Record Pages custom components and community workflows
Manage sharing rules permission sets and external user access
Integrate Experience Cloud with external systems and handle data ingestion
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies estimation and retrospectives
Primary Skills
Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM Financial Services Cloud Sales Service
Expert knowledge of Declarative Programming and Administration capabilities including Apex custom objects classes triggers and web services Flow visual force pages reports and workflow rules Salesforce APIs SOQL SOSL
Good understanding of DevOps Release Management Source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies like ANT SFDC Metadata API Gitlab and CICD Pipelines
Expertise in integration technologies and deployment tools GIT Flosum Gearset Azure DevOps
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with business analysts architects and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions
Secondary Skills
Should also have knowledge of Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud and Data Cloud too
Prior to exposure to insurance domain projects
Certifications Preferred
It would be good if advanced and architect level certifications are achieved
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively in Agile environments

Benefits
Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 per hour
